How to use the Shampoo
Step 1
Wet Your Hair: Before applying Freecia Professional Golden Olive Ultra-Moist shampoo, thoroughly wet your hair with lukewarm water. This helps to open up the hair cuticles and prepares your hair for cleansing.
Step 2
Dispense Shampoo: Depending on the length and thickness of your hair, pour an appropriate amount of shampoo into your palm. Generally, a quarter-sized amount is a good starting point.
Step 3
Lather: Rub your hands together to distribute the shampoo evenly and then apply it to your scalp. Gently massage your scalp using your fingertips, not your nails. Focus on the roots of your hair where oil and dirt accumulate the most. Note: always proceed from scalp to the tip of hair.
Step 4
Work Through Hair: Once you’ve thoroughly massaged your scalp, work the shampoo down the length of your hair. Be gentle to avoid tangling or damaging the hair.
Step 5
Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse your hair and scalp with plenty of water until all the shampoo is washed out. It’s important to ensure that no residue is left behind, as this can lead to dullness or greasiness.
Step 6
Repeat (Optional): Depending on how often you wash your hair and the level of dirt or product buildup, you might choose to repeat the shampooing process. However, most people don’t need to shampoo twice in one wash unless their hair is exceptionally dirty.

Apply Conditioner: After rinsing out the shampoo, you can apply Freecia Professional Golden Olive Ultra-Moist conditioner. Conditioner helps to soften and detangle your hair, as well as restore moisture. Focus the conditioner primarily on the ends of your hair, avoiding the scalp.
Step 8
Rinse Again: After leaving the conditioner in for a couple of minutes (as indicated on the product instructions), rinse thoroughly with cool water. This helps to close the hair cuticles and lock in moisture.
Step 9
Towel Dry: Gently pat your hair with a clean towel to remove excess water. Avoid rubbing vigorously, as this can cause frizz and damage.
